Twilight with Good Witches

The feral grimalkins

Cause ailurophobia.

The cambions growl

In crepuscular gloom.

Merlin murmurs:

"Where are the witches?

They are late."

But fantasy magicians

Cannot influence time.

They cannot sniff the pheromones.

They cannot listen behind the silence.

They cannot watch carefully,

Except in fiction.

Who is a cambion?

What is Merlin?

Are you crepuscular?

Do you feed grimalkins

When the sun is just below the horizon,

Even house cats are feral.

You may be confused by pheromones.

Have you ever suffered from ailurophobia?

Do you despise cat culture?

Do you hate the smell of cats?

Do you like Hey Diddle Diddle?

Have you seen a Cheshire Cat?

Do you ever knit mittens for kittens?

Do you carefully measure foxgloves?

Real witches always have more power than fantasy magicians and assorted illusionists.

Life is not a fairy tale.

Nor is it an animated cartoon or a nursery rhyme.

Ecology needs love, especially at twilight.

Have you ever made cotton mittens and joey pouches for injured koalas?

Have you ever rescued koalas from fires?

Where do you source your cotton and news and knowledge of forests?

Good witches always source and store and use ingredients and products appropriately.

What do you do?

During mouse plagues, cats eat from supermarkets and kill billions of native animals.

Which animals eat baby raptors?

Where are the owls to eat the mice?

Who has destroyed the habitat of birds of prey?

Good witches intentionally break the spell of comfortable ignorance.

They know the dangerous truth about pets and pests and products and cuteness.

Cats are predators

Can the same be said of you?

Wonderful witches never have pets.

Wonderful witches discourage courage pests.

Wonderful witches are never duped by cuteness.

The twilight of life on Earth is now.

Is this dawn or dusk?

All over the world, wonderful witches are doing their best to prevent all sorts of harm, at all hours of the day and night.

Perhaps you have been examining Ragnarök and science and diagnosing global catastrophic problems.

Digital digitalis will not revive a dying planet.

Yet global catastrophic risks have become actual global and local events, including catastrophes associated with cats.

How are you attempting to care for future generations of various species?

What do you know about feral cats and feral pigs?

A sunrise appears each morning.

A sunset appears each evening.

Twilight begins and ends twice a day.

The morning twilight begins at dawn.

The evening twilight ends at dusk.

The night sky appears after dusk and remains until dawn.

The middle of the day is noon.

Each night has a midnight.

Each noon is followed by an afternoon.

The morning twilight ends when the sun begins to rise.

The evening twilight begins after the sun has set.

How do clouds and mists and fog affect your experience of sunlight and darkness?

How does air pollution affect your experiences of days and nights and the weather?

How does daylight influence your life?
